You must have learned to make many recipes from Mango but today's recipe is Mango Marble Ice Cream. Which will be made without milk and without burning gas. This is the easiest way to make ice cream. Which even a bachelor can make easily.

Cold whipping cream = cup
Mango puree = 2 tbsp
Condensed milk = 3 tbsp
Mango flavor = tsp
Yellow food color = 2 drops
White Chocolate Chips = as needed
Method – How to make mango marble ice cream
To make Mango Marble Ice Cream, the first thing to do is to whip the whipping cream. Your ice cream will be made from this cream. So take a bowl to whip the cream and then put cold whipping cream in this bowl.
Keep in mind that your whipping cream should be completely chilled. Only then the cream will be whipped very easily, after putting the whipping cream in the bowl, take an electronic blender to whip it.
Then whip one and a half to two minutes before the blender. So that the cream is already thick. Then add condensed milk to the cream and whip it too and now you have to whip the cream till then. Until stiff peaks start to form in the cream. (If you do not have an electronic blender, you can use a hand blender instead, but it will take more time to whip the cream)
If you want to check the cream if it is whipped or not, when the cream is whipped and puffy. Then turn the bowl containing the cream upside down. If the cream does not fall from the bowl when you turn the bowl upside down, then the cream has been whipped.
If cream is falling when you turn the bowl upside down. Then the cream is not whipped. Then whip it a little more. After whipping the cream, add mango flavor and mix it until it is well whipped. Now all you have to do is to divide the cream into two equal parts. Because in one part we will mix by adding mango puree, color and keep one part of the cream simple. Because these are marble ice cream and in this one part of the cream is made colorful and the other part of the cream is kept plain.
Now in a bowl of cream, mix mango puree and yellow food color with a blender first. Then blend it with a blender. So that all the things mix very well in the cream and become one. Now take a bowl or any air tight box and now you have to keep the ice cream batter in this way. First take a spoonful of ice cream from that batter. The better in which you have mixed the color with the mango puree.
Then take a spoonful of batter from mango puree batter and place it in a bowl and then fill a spoonful of plain batter and keep the batter near mango puree batter. Then fill the spoon in the same way near it and keep the mango puree batter. Then fill a spoonful of plain batter and place it on top of the pureed batter.
In this way, a spoonful of pureed batter is placed near the plain batter and the pureed batter is placed near the plain batter.
Now the second layer has to be applied like this. That the plain batter is to be placed over the mango puree batter and the pureed batter is to be placed on the plain batter. In this way, apply as many layers as you want from the batter.
Then tape the bowl lightly. After that, apply white chocolate chips on top of it as needed. (Chocolate chips are optional, skip if you don't have them) Now cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and keep the bowl in the freezer for 8 to 9 hours or overnight. (If you have set the ice cream batter in an air tight box, then keep the box covered with a lid)
After the specified time when the ice cream is set. Then you take out the bowl or box from the freezer and take it out with a scoop in a plate or small bowl and enjoy.
