The name of this boy is Madhav. Born in Nanded district of Maharashtra, Madhav grew up among his five brothers and sisters. Madhav was very quick to read since childhood. But the financial constraints of the house always came to the fore as a stepping stone in its studies. Madhav's financial condition was so bad that his father used to work in the fields to support his entire family as well as bear the expenses of studies alone. At that time another big crisis came in Madhav's life when his mother left Madhav and went away forever. The mother was killed by a terrible disease like cancer. At that time Madhav was a student of class 10th.

At a young age, the grief of losing his mother had broken Madhav. Despite this, Madhav took care of himself and went to study every day by cycling 11 kilometers to study for his 11th standard. The troubles and troubles were not over yet. Madhav also had household responsibilities on his head. The burden of responsibilities forced Madhav to work in a factory. Madhav wanted that somehow after doing ITI, he would work in any company. But he did not get a place in government ITI. After this Madhav started working in a factory in Pune. From where he used to get 2400 months. After working for some time, he came back home and started working in the fields again. And somehow got admission in polytechnic from here and passed with good marks.

Now Madhav needed more money to complete his further studies. For this, Madhav's father sold the land of his village, due to which Madhav completed his further studies and started working in a good company as a software engineer. From here a lot of changes started to come in Madhav's life. But after working for 3 years, he left his job and started preparing for IAS and got 567th rank in the Civil Services exam in 2017 due to his hard work and passion. But after this again in the next attempt, Madhav became an IAS officer by getting the 201st rank.
