The world has got its Miss Universe 2021. This year, 21-year-old Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu of India has won this coveted title of beauty pageant. After the announcement of Miss Universe 2021 in this ceremony held in Israel, Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza decorated a beautiful crown of diamonds on Hernaz's head.

The crown of Miss Universe has been changed from time to time. In the year 2019, Mouawad Jewelry, the new jeweler of Miss Universe Organization, created the Mouawad Power of Unity Crown. Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa in 2019, Andrea Meza of Mexico in 2020 and now Miss Universe 2021 Harnaz Sandhu have been crowned the most. The cost of this crown is 5 million US dollars, which according to the Indian currency will be Rs 37,8790,000 i.e. more than Rs 37 crore.

This Taj is inspired by nature, strength, beauty, femininity and unity. The crown is crafted from 18 karat gold, 1770 diamonds, with a shield-cut golden canary diamond weighing 62.83 karat in the centerpiece. The designs of leaves, petals and vines in the Taj represent the communities of seven continents.
